Reportedly sold for $100,000,000, it ranks a close second in price to Fleur de Lys which sold for $102, 000,000.
Holmby Hills has two well maintained parks: the charming small De Neve Square and the more expansive Holmby Park which is ideal for pleasant walks and family outings. Its playground, putting green, classic lawn bowling field, barbecues and picnic benches enhance the beauty and enjoyment of the park. Holmby´s stellar private school Harvard-Westlake is one of the top college preparatory institutions in Los Angeles. It serves grades seven through twelve.
“Little Holmby” is an area west of Beverly Glen and south of Sunset; it is a niche within Westwood, not quite so grand as Holmby Hills, but with the same refined estate-like styles.
