The most prominent newer entertainment venues like LA Live, The Staple Center, The Nokia Theater and The Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences are located in South Park, exploding with additional residential and commercial developments underway. Bunker Hill, boasts the more established Music Center and Disney Hall as well as the newer Broad Museum and Park.
