Highlands is located at the edge of Sunset Blvd. just before it meets PCH, at
Gladstones. It is a sub community that was developed in phases: townhomes,
condominiums and exclusive homes on terraced lots ascending the mountains. This
secluded community in upper Santa Ynez Canyon has its own recreation and
shopping center. The Highlands is blessed with beautiful views of the parklands
and ocean and is close to the hiking trails along the canyon.
