The new global is local.
Participation in the sale of global real estate requires knowledge of local markets, how the global economy and flow of capital impacts them and where the opportunities for safe investments can be found. It also involves representing clients with diverse cultural backgrounds, customs and protocols. Having served the international community throughout my career I am sensitive to their needs and take the time to educate them about the process.
Internationally, I focus on some of the most sought-after areas where my global clients tend to reside, including London, Paris, Provence, the French Riviera, the Alps, Mallorca and beyond.. In addition I represent clients from abroad who want to acquire property in Los Angeles or sell or exchange their real estate holdings here.
Often these clients prefer to converse in their native language. My associates speak several languages. As a CIPS Designee (Certified International Property Specialist) anda past Vice Chair of the Global Committee of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors I have access to information and networking opportunities that foster international and multi-cultural transactions. The world-wide CIPS network of experts spans over 60 countries. We exchange information about our listings, stay informed about current trends and collaborate to assist our clients with their real estate needs.
