In pursuit of furthering my education and broadening my skills as a real estate consultant/agent, I became certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. This designation focuses on servicing the needs of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.
Within the GI Generation (b. 1901-1926), The Silent Generation (b. 1927-1945), The Baby Boomers (b. 1946-1964), Generation X (b. 1965-1976), Generation Y also known as the Echo Boomers, Millennials, Nexters (b, 1977-1995) and Generation Z (b, 1995-) there are distinct characteristics, attitudes, likes and dislikes that developed in concert with the formative experiences that define each era.
The SRES® program recognizes the individually of each person while at the same time considering the issues and decisions that 55+ clients face as they explore new lifestyle options.
Often these choices involve family members trusted advisors, reverse mortgage specialists, estate planners, financial consultants, and trust attorneys. In my role as a consultant/agent I am accustomed to interfacing with varied personalities and professionals who are experts in their chosen field.
I value all buyers and sellers and give them my undivided attention, taking to heart the needs, wants and concerns of each. Once we reach a consensus, we proceed at a pace that is comfortable for the client.
