In our initial meeting we define your preferences based on your life style, price range, family/individual needs, work, neighborhoods, schools and architectural designs. I then suggest the areas that best fit your goals and proceed in searching for the property of your dreams.

Selling

When selling your property, I initially guide you on how to best present your home for sale. I then provide you with all the different marketing options available for maximizing the exposure of your home and creating interest in the market.

Global

Besides my services in buying, selling and consulting, I am a liaison for international and US clients interested in purchasing on the Westside and in the Greater Los Angeles Area, where I reside and conduct the bulk of my business. I quickly put you on the right track for finding your new home, and assist you with the local customs and business dealings.

Similarly, if your interest is to purchase in other global communities, I act as a bridge for connecting you to the right parties and properties abroad or in desired cities throughout the United States. In addition, I help you with the due diligence process.
