Downtown L.A. is sizzling and has finally become a place to work, live and enjoy entertainment. 

The plethora of long abandoned warehouses and older office buildings have been converted to live/work lofts.  Many of these architectually interesting and technologically innovative spaces have high ceilings, large windows and spectacular city views. Often these projects include resort like amenities, 24 hour security and are pet friendly. 

The most prominent newer entertainment venues like LA Live, The Staple Center, The Nokia Theater, The Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences are located in South Park.  Bunker Hill which boasts the more established Music Center and Disney Hall will become the home for the Eli Broad Museum and Park.
