About Andrea

I grew up in Los Angeles and earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in European History from UCLA. For years, I have traveled extensively and lived for a time in the South of France.  My interest in other cultures is expressed through my work.  My aim is to provide real estate services in a global capacity with a local sense, approaching my job as a consultant, interested in devising solutions for your individual needs. 

When I work with you as buyer, I have a keen sense for conceptualizing your requirements and place great emphasis in satisfying them. My far reaching connections and many years of experience with the Westside and other exclusive areas of the world allow me to be very familiar with the current inventory of properties and market trends, making it easier to guide you through a maze of information and locate your dream home.

When selling your property, I take a creative approach so that your home stands out from the rest.  As a professional, I am a fair mediator and believe in a win-win scenario. At the same time, as your agent, my knowledge of a deal´s worth and seasoned negotiating skills are employed to obtain the best value.

Knowledgeable about the fluctuating market and an investor myself, I evaluate portfolio properties for domestic and foreign banks.

I serve as a reliable advisor for my foreign clients investing in the United States and for my local clients investing abroad.  I understand that providing international real estate services requires a broader set of skills including information on relocation, investments, legal and tax matter and local ordinances.  In a sense, I am the liaison coordinating the transaction process.
