SETTLING AN ESTATE
A probate sale of property is
subject to specific guidelines, protocols and regulations that vary from county
to county and state to state and can be a laborious legal process, sometimes
involving court overbids.
As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, (CPRES), I am experienced at guiding my clients in selling, leasing or maintaining the real property, that is part of an estate. I work in collaboration with attorneys, executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs and CPA’s to effect a successful outcome.
Analyzing its value, evaluating the pros and cons of making improvements, implementing the best marketing strategies, negotiating with prospective buyers and tracking escrows –all these customary real estate activities must be carried out in a manner that takes into account the court guidelines, even if the sale is not subject to overbids.
I serve as a resource to lessen the burden of dealing with the disposition of the real and personal property through my extensive data base of cleaning, painting, fixing up, hauling away, virtual or onsite staging, and estate sales companies.
